Refund policy
At Veluvina, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We strive to make the return process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Only products purchased directly from Veluvina.com are eligible.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email our customer support team at veluvinas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our support team will provide you with a prepaid return label if the return is due to a Veluvina error (wrong item, defective product). Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Pack your item securely in the original product packaging, including all paperwork, accessories, and tags.
- Drop the package off at the designated carrier or schedule a pickup as instructed.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to Veluvina’s error.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges:
- Veluvina currently does not process direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at veluvinas@gmail.com.
- Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund and cover any return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after the return is processed, please check your bank account or credit card statement.
- If you still haven’t received it, contact veluvinas@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
International Returns (if applicable):
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping costs and duties.
- Refunds for international returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping.
